There is a common misconception that only Fortune 500 companies can afford to use private aircraft for business.  In fact, thousands of small and medium sized businesses throughout North America benefit from the utilization of general aviation to fulfill their travel needs.  Many companies like ourselves find it effective to use small, general aviation aircraft rather than large, expensive business jets or commercial airlines.

It is often faster and easier to reach our regional customers and key business partners by landing at a small local airport closer to their offices.  We can schedule customer site visits more easily without being tied to a fixed airline schedule.   Quite often, trips take less time to complete by general aviation aircraft  than when flying on the airlines.  Even though airline jets that have an average cruising speed of 500 miles per hour and the speed of the average GA aircraft may only be of 130 to 200 miles per hour, it can very often take less time to travel from our office to yours by GA.   This is because our time is spent flying direct to your location, rather than waiting in line for check-in, airport security and transfers at airline hubs.

As you can see from the photographs on this page, general aviation also offers unparalleled views while en-route.  These particular images are from a flight over the Continental Divide while traveling from Okotoks, Alberta to Cranbrook, British Columbia (mid- summer).
